I’ve read a lot of leadership and development books, but I have to say this one gave me renewed clarity at a vital time.

Overall, The 4 Disciplines of Execution is a comprehensive, useful addition to the canon of leadership training tools. This book gives very clear 44dx reasonable advice on what to do. Thing I loved most about this book was the concept and associated explanation of lead and lag measures, and how they impact achieving goals. I cant wait to put the principles covet action. Refresh and try again. The wildly important goals that you should put your daily energy into I recommend this book for helping people who want to stay focused, accomplished and organized! I highly recommend this book for anyone in management or strategy execution Covey was brilliant at building a consultant business that structured time-management, strategy, and execution ideas into highly marketable programs notice I don’t say books that could be sold in several formats and applied in multiple industries.

I’ve also prepared a talk to my team about this book, here is the slides in portuguese http:
